These days it can be hard to find suppliers who don’t disguise the cost of what they sell behind tricksy marketing ploys like special offers, show home subsidies or spurious grants, most of which are not easy to obtain, and some of which may not really exist. That’s why when we thought about our own marketing, we decided we’d make it refreshingly honest and very straightforward because that’s how we like to do business.

So, apart from our reward for customers who recommend our services, details of the government’s 10% reduction on VAT and the real facts about government grants, you won’t find any offers relating to the price of our installations on our website. Instead, we simply guarantee that every quote we issue will give our customers the best possible price. But in the unlikely event that you do find exactly the same equipment and installation at a lower price, we guarantee to match the price for 14 days after we receive your order for a system, or after installation, we will refund the difference you have paid for up to 14 days. All we ask is that you provide us with an original copy of our competitor’s quote, so that we can compare it with our own and advise you whether you have a legitimate claim for a reduction.
